Restorative Flow Yoga and Meditation sessions

I am currently offering 60 minute Restorative Flow Yoga and Meditation sessions online via zoom. These can be arranged either 1:1 or as a small group. I will also be running in-person sessions (very soon) at a Yoga Studio, for both 1:1 and groups. Watch this space for upcoming location and classes.
