I’m a Brisbane-based therapist leading the way in mind-body medicine and multidimensional approaches to health and wellness.

I am a passionate lifestyle coach, integrative wellness practitioner & occupational therapist, forging a reputation as a leader in holistic and integrative healthcare, recently gaining international recognition for my paradigm shifting work in this field.

As a health and wellness practitioner passionate about changing lives, I am truly blessed to do what I love, every single day – helping men and women find their ULTIMATE wellbeing, become their TRUEST selves and live happy, vibrant, fulfilled lives.

I am a mindfulness meditation teacher, mind-body practitioner and certified yoga teacher, with specialist knowledge in integrated lifestyle redesign and chronic illness recovery. I have just completed further studies at the wonderful Yoga and Integrative Medicine Institute in Brisbane, Australia.

With over 15 years experience in the health and wellness industry, I am a fully registered allied health practitioner, completing my four year Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Queensland, graduating with an Honours Research project specialising in Indigenous school-skills development and evaluation at the Aboriginal Murri School in Brisbane, Australia.

I have completed background training in human movement studies, nutritional medicine, mindfulness meditation, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and active mind-therapy approaches to train your brain and rewire your mindset.

Over the past 10 years I have designed, developed, and rolled out successful integrated lifestyle programs within mainstream hospital settings, and worked in several health care arenas as a clinical therapist specialising in acute care, physical rehabilitation, chronic pain, mental health and post traumatic stress disorder.

I am now following my heartfelt desires and developing my own Whole-Life Wellness packages, retreats, educational resources, and blogging, writing and sharing my wisdom to help people from all corners of the globe reach their Ultimate Wellness Potential, and leave a lasting footprint in the world.

I also provide professional mentorship and support to other therapists and practitioners in this field so they too can live out their heartfelt desires, take better care of themselves and make a difference in the lives of others.


I am a heart-centred visionary, writer, teacher and facilitator of change. I aim to inspire, educate, and encourage others to realise their potential as masters of their own wellbeing, to live the life they imagined, and to step into their TRUEST selves.


I am a published author and researcher in an international Occupational Therapy health Journal and have contributed to several writings in professional magazines and websites. I have also written a children’s book (which I hope to publish one day!).

I have just started writing my first soul-inspired health & wellbeing book; a heart warming fusion of mind-body medicine, personal discovery, scientific wonder and powerful insight into sustainable health and wellness.

I love sharing my passions and knowledge in this field. I have contributed to speaking events, run workshops, lectured at the University of Queensland and presented my research findings at the International OT World Conference in 2006.

I love contributing to community development initiatives and heart-driven projects aimed at contributing to a healthier, happier world.

I am a proud founding member of OOFRAS (Occupational Opportunities for Refugees and Asylum Seekers), an internationally recognised not for profit volunteer organisation I had the pleasure of helping develop from its infancy in 2004. Since its inception 12 years ago OOFRAS has brought greater meaning and life-fulfilment to thousands of socially marginalised refugee and asylum seeking populations around the globe. This is one of my proudest professional achievements to date.
