I realise I don’t mention protiens and fats in this quick video clip but the answer is YES! I eat good quality proteins everyday (mostly fresh, organic free range chicken or fresh local caught fish). I also load up on healthy brain boosting fats in all of my cooking (including organic coconut oil, pasture fed Ghee and raw extra virgin olive oil / flaxseed oil on my salads). If your vegan or vegetarian, make sure you get a wide variety of protien rich foods in your diet and enjoy a good dose of healthy fats in your cooking! Good fats and good quality protien sources in your diet is so important for your brain, nervous system and skin health – a critical ingredient for a GLOWING WHOLE LIFE.
