I offer professional 1:1 Wellbeing Sessions with psychological focused support to help you bring more courage, calm and self-care into your everyday life.

I am a registered mental health occupational therapist specialising in anxiety management, stress management, mood management, lifeskills training, resilience building, chronic disease management and work-life balance (amongst other things!!).

I am here to offer Telehealth Sessions to support you on your journey to better mental and emotional wellbeing.
