My Philosophy

My philosophy is built on heart wisdom, integrated wellness, and a lean into life approach. It’s about anchoring you to the stuff that matters; your meaningful life experiences & connections, so that you may feel enriched, enlivened and living a life aligned with your values, no matter what challenges you face.

I look forward to working with you and helping you bring more self care into your life, and find the meaningful present moment connections that matter the most to you. True lasting fulfillment comes when we start to act on our desires, give more to ourselves and truly see the preciousness of life.  I look forward to sharing this journey with you.


My Focus

My focus is on you, the whole-person. It’s about taking in all facets of your health, and life experiences.

I believe in harnessing the power of meaningful and purposeful action; gently nudging you to do more of the things you love so you you feel deeply anchored in life and engaged with the present moment.

I take a solution focused approach to restore mental and emotional wellbeing. I believe recovery from illness, emotional imbalance and life challenges is possible, and we need to view recovery as a process.

Restoring wellbeing is an ongoing, self-nourishing pursuit that involves making positive well-informed choices, everyday. It is about looking after our body, nurturing our mind and nourishing our spirit so every aspect of our being has the opportunity to restore, repair, regenerate and sustain wellness, just like it was designed to do.

My values support an integrated  WHOLE LIFE approach:

I value movement and physical activity but I don’t believe in weigh-ins or fitness tests. I only weigh up the benefits of feeling well and living better every day.

I value the power of meaningful activity & purpose; harnessing the incredible benefits of engaging with the stuff that matters, and connecting you to your inner-most desires.

I value strong minds, but not for the sake of pushing your body or mind to its limits. I focus on mental, emotional, spiritual and social fitness so that you can approach life’s challenges with calm and courage

I value feeling vibrant and healthy from the inside out; optimising how your body and mind work together so you can have greater freedom and purpose to do live the life you want to live and be the person you want to be.

I value getting up in the morning with gratitude and bravery. I value waking up with hope and love in your heart ready to face the day with clarity and courage.


My ethos is simple – Self Care, Do something you love, Connect. These three guiding principles form the core of my philosophy. Acknowledge them, embrace them, live them; and they may literally change your life.

I believe nurturing our intricate root system is the key to health, happiness and living a vibrant life, inside and out. My WHOLE LIFE approach focuses on looking after our physical wellness, as well as our mental, emotional, spiritual and social health; to maximise wellbeing and boost resilience. 

When we look after ourselves in this integrated, holistic way; like a well nourished tree we are able to thrive, enjoy good health, and recover from adversity. And even if we do lose a few branches along the way, a well nourished strong base means we can remain firmly ‘rooted’ to what matters, and enjoy the good things in life. We will bend, instead of break; a sign of true resilience.
